Alf Ragnar Lovdal – Chief Executive Officer, North Atlantic Management AS

Alf Ragnar Lovdal has been the Chief Executive Officer of North Atlantic Management AS since January 2013.

Mr Lovdal has served as Senior Vice President for Seadrill in Asia Pacific from April 2009 till December 2012. He was previously CEO in Seawell Management AS. Mr Lovdal has close to 30 years of experience from the oil and gas industry, of which 20 years as responsible for the well services business in the drilling contractor Smedvig, which Seadrill acquired in early 2006.

Mr Lovdal has over the years held several senior positions, including general manager operations for the mobile units. Prior to his engagement with Smedvig, Mr Lovdal held various positions in different oil service companies, including five years of offshore field experience with Schlumberger.

He has a degree in mechanical engineering from Horten Engineering Academy in Norway.

Mr Lovdal is a Norwegian citizen and resides in Norway.

Scott McReaken – Chief Financial Officer, North Atlantic Management AS

Scott McReaken was appointed Chief Financial Officer in August 2015.

Concurrent with his current position Mr. McReaken serves as Chief Executive Officer of Sevan Drilling Management AS. Prior to his roles within Seadrill, Mr. McReaken held various management positions in Vantage Drilling and Pride International in Houston, Texas and Luanda, Angola. Before working in the contract drilling industry, Mr. McReaken provided audit, assurance and advisory services, as an internal auditor and at Arthur Andersen.

Mr. McReaken holds a bachelor of business administration in accounting from The University of Texas at Austin and is a Certified Public Accountant and Certified Internal Auditor

Mr. McReaken is a U.S. citizen and resides in Norway.

Kate Blankenship – Director

Kate Blankenship has served as a director since our inception in February 2011. Mrs. Blankenship has also served as a director of Frontline since 2003 and Seadrill since May 2005. Mrs. Blankenship joined Frontline in 1994 and served as its Chief Accounting Officer and Secretary until October 2005. Mrs. Blankenship has been a director of Ship Finance since October 2003, Seadrill Partners since June 2012, Golden Ocean since November 2004, Archer Limited since its incorporation in 2007. She is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.

Ørjan Svanevik – Director

Ørjan Svanevik has served as a director of the Company since May 2015. Mr. Svanevik is an employee of the Seatankers Group. Mr Svanevik also serves on the Seadrill board. He was previously Managing Director for the investment advisory firm, Oavik Capital. Prior to Oavik, he was Head of M&A and a Partner at Aker ASA, and COO and EVP of Kværner ASA. Mr Svanevik also worked for nearly a decade in corporate advisory and investment banking. He started his career at Schlumberger, where he held various international financial management positions. Mr Svanevik has an AMP from Harvard Business School and a MBA from Thunderbird.

Paul Leand – Director

Paul Leand has served as a director since February 2012. Mr. Leand has been the Chief Executive Officer and director of AMA Capital Partners LLC, or AMA, an investment bank specializing in the maritime industry since 2004. From 1989 until joining AMA in 1998 Mr. Leand served at the First National Bank of Maryland where he managed the Bank's Railroad Division and its International Maritime Division. He has worked extensively in the U.S. capital markets in connection with AMA's restructuring and mergers and acquisitions practices. Mr. Leand has also served as a director of Ship Finance since 2003 and Seadrill since April 2013.

Bote de Vries – Director

Bote de Vries has served as a director of the Company since March 2016. Mr. de Vries has extensive legal, asset advisory and financial services experience, specifically in the shipping and maritime sectors. He is a board member of Artilium Plc, TBS Shipping Services Inc., Lloydsfonds AG, Metro Exploration Holding Corporation and Vallianz Holdings; and member of four supervisory boards in shipping, healthcare, banking and building societies in the Netherlands.

Hunter Cochrane – Director

Hunter Cochrane has served as a director of the Company since March 2016. Mr. Cochrane has extensive experience in industrial distribution and the oil and gas industry. He is also a board member of Chloe Marine Corp Ltd. and Golden Close Marine Corp Ltd; and holds advisory positions with Bovaro Partners LLC, a merchant banking partnership.
